Notification of Constitutional Amendments and Membership Fee Revision

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform you that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association successfully convened its adjourned Annual General Meeting on 18 May 2026. During this meeting, proposed amendments to the Association's constitution were thoroughly discussed and approved by the eligible voting members present.

The following two amendments have been officially adopted:

1. Revised Annual Membership Fee: The annual membership fee will increase from HKD 100 to HKD 150.
2. Terminology Standardisation in the Constitution: All mentions of “理事” (Executive Committee members) in the constitution will be uniformly changed to “理事會成員” (Executive Committee Members) to standardise language and formalise the designation of official roles within the Association.

These amendments have been reviewed and sanctioned by the Registrar of Trade Unions, with all registration procedures completed. They are legally valid and effective as of the approval date.

The adjustment to the annual membership fee will come into effect on 1 June 2026. From this date, the Association will collect fees at the revised rate. We kindly ask all members to take note and comply accordingly.

These changes are designed to enhance our operational efficiency, standardise administrative management, and improve organisational structure, thereby allowing us to serve our members more effectively and professionally.
