The 2026 Annual General Meeting

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association has been resolved by the Council to be held on Monday, 4 May 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Association’s premises: 1/F, Siu Ying Commercial Building, 151-155 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

Resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting shall be valid if passed by a simple majority of the attending voting members or their proxies. Members are cordially invited to attend and participate. For details, please refer to the documents relating to the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The 2026 Annual General Meeting Agenda is attached for your reference. Please bring your valid membership card for admission.

If at the General Meeting, members with voting rights in attendance are still less than the quorum (no less than one‑fifth of all voting members) one hour after the scheduled start time, the Council shall convene an adjourned meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, 18 May 2026. The voting session shall be held at 6:00 p.m., with the same agenda and venue as the General Meeting.
