The 2026 Postponed Annual General Meeting

To: All Members

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association, originally scheduled to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, 4 May 2026, was adjourned due to insufficient quorum in accordance with the Association’s Constitution.
Following a resolution of the Council, the postponed Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 18 May 2026, at the Association’s Central Office (1/F, Shiu Ying Commercial Building, 151-155 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong).

All agenda items of this postponed Annual General Meeting shall be valid if passed by a simple majority of attending voting members or member representatives. All members are cordially invited to attend the rescheduled meeting.
For details, please refer to the relevant documents of the 2026 Postponed Annual General Meeting. The documents are attached herewith for your reference. Please bring your valid membership card for admission to the meeting.
