On January 19, 2026, the Council of the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Professionals Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) received a letter from Mr. Fong Chun Fai Archie (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Fong”) resigning from his position as a council member. Following a rigorous review and discussion, the Council formally approved the arrangement for Mr. Fong’s dismissal today (March 23, 2026).
All matters involving Mr. Fong are personal to him and are not related to our Association.
The Association hereby solemnly declares this.
