It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. CHAN Chang Yiu, David, our Permanent Honorary Chairman, who peacefully departed last week at the venerable age of 92.
Mr. Chan assumed the chairmanship of our association in 2016. During his tenure, with his invaluable support, our association's operations progressed smoothly. In recognition of his significant contributions, Mr. Chan was invited to become our Permanent Honorary Chairman in 2019. For nearly 25 years, since 2002, Mr. Chan has made substantial contributions to our association. We, the members of the association, express our profound grief and extend our most sincere gratitude for his dedication.
