CPEGU and HKSFPA held a promotional event in Tseung Kwan O to commemorate the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland
The Hong Kong Clerical and Professional Employees General Union (CPEGU) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Professionals Association (HKSFPA) held a promotional event in Tseung Kwan O to commemorate the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland.
To celebrate the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, CPEGU and HKSFPA conducted a meaningful and warm community activity today (6/28). They set up 11 outreach promotional stations in areas such as Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung to convey the union's sentiments and spirit of caring to local residents and friends.
Today, 100 volunteers from CPEGU and HKSFPA engaged with residents, friends, and industry professionals. In addition to promoting the theme of celebrating the return, the volunteers introduced the union's recent activities, benefits, and training courses through brochures. Moreover, the union prepared exquisite commemorative gifts for the visitors to thank them for their continuous support and participation.
To further ensure that members feel the warmth of care, the Tsim Sha Tsui clubhouse also conducted member phone calls. Many members expressed to the volunteers during the calls their desire to join the volunteer ranks in the future, contribute their efforts, and give back to the community.
