We received your letter dated on 9 January 2019. As we met on 13 September 2018, we felt positive during the consultation discussion with the Commission and various Hong Kong’s broker associations. We are appreciate with your invitation and your letter for further follow up for the captioned matter.

As your letter attached two templates, Appendix I and II, as we spoken in the consultation discussion, we are agree with all Licensed Corporations (“LCs”) used an unify letter with Authorized Institutions (“AIs”). We feel satisfy with your two templates.
