2. Daily Operations and IT Infrastructure
- Lead settlement operations for a diverse portfolio, including US equities, US Stock Options, Fixed Income, and ETFs.
- Provide processing support on daily operation tasks such as trade matching, corporate actions processing, client fund transfers, data management and mutual funds processing.
- Reconcile client transactions and positions against firm records.
- Prepare management and regulatory reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to the SFC’s Client Money Rules and Securities and Futures (Keeping of Records) Rules, SFC guidelines and internal policies, regarding to the Client Money Rules and AML/KYC protocols.
- Manage and coordinate general office business-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as required.
2. Daily Operations and IT Infrastructure
- Oversee daily operations: U.S. securities and stock options settlement, corporate actions, and client fund transfers.
- Enforces segregation of duties and proper controls by verifying the transactions, amendments and data changes made by the operations team.
- Liaise with the front office to ensure smooth settlement of critical trades and resolve our clients and internal inquiries promptly.
資歷 :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the settlement and operations department.
- Solid experience in operations and settlement of U.S. Equities, Stock Options, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, & ETFs.
- Proficiency in Excel and settlement systems.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a lean team environment.
