職責 : Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual marketing plans to enhance the company's brand influence.
* Analyze industry trends and propose market strategy recommendations.
* Expand institutional and retail client base, and maintain relationships with key clients.
* Develop sales and marketing strategies on increasing/maximizing revenue and implement sales action plans.
* Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and implement compliance management.
* Handle Ad Hoc tasks as assigned.

資歷 : Job Requirements
* Diploma holder or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in finance, economics, or business administration.
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the finance or securities industry.
* Familiar with the securities market and regulatory policies, and possess professional financial knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills, data analysis abilities, and teamwork spirit.
* Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to write professional reports and conduct business negotiations.
* Holding a securities, fund, or futures industry qualification certificate is an advantage.
