職責 : We are a SFC licensed corporation with Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accoun􀆟ng and finance opera􀆟ons in all rounds.

Responsibilies:

Perform accounting duties including data entry, monitor daily cash flow, update bank book and bank reconciliation
Prepare daily clients fund reconciliation & segregation
Prepare daily FRR & monitor daily liquid capital
Handle fixed deposit arrangement
Handle Bank Account opening & Bank Account document update
Prepare all payments & client withdrawals
Assist in handling month end closing and various financial analysis
Liaise with bank, auditor and regulator in handling compliance, audit and taxation issues
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

資歷 : Requirements:

Higher diploma or above in Accoun􀆟ng/Finance or related disciplines
At lease 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles within the financial services industry, with knowledge of FRR is preferred
1 year of audit experience is preferred
Mature, responsible, detail-minded, willing to learn and able to work independently
Proficient PC skills including MS Words, Excel, accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks and MYOB)
Strong communica􀆟on skills & good a􀆫tude with team-player spirit
Good command of written English and Chinese
Spoken English and Mandarin is preferred
Candidates from other industries are welcome
