We wish to bring to your attention a concerning matter that has recently come to our notice: several individuals have been unlawfully impersonating HKSFPA and misrepresenting themselves as our employees on the LinkedIn platform. We want to emphasize that these individuals are not associated with HKSFPA in any capacity. For further information, we encourage you to review our official statement. We have taken the necessary steps by reporting this situation to the appropriate platforms, and we have also notified the Hong Kong Police Force, the Securities and Futures Commission, and other regulatory authorities.
To safeguard your rights and protect your company's interests, we urge all members to heighten their awareness of fraud prevention. In response to an invitation from the Commercial Crime Bureau, we recommend that you visit and subscribe to the Hong Kong Police Force's Anti-Scam Coordination Centre for the most up-to-date information on fraud.
